Reference Usage:

1. Primer: 

  The new mesh frame needs to be degreased and roughened to increase the contact area of the bonding surface, and then evenly coated with a thin and evenly layer of adhesive with a soft bristle brush, and then stretched after drying（ If the adhesive on the surface of the old screen frame is thin and evenly, it can be coated directly without primer.)

2. Tension mesh:

  Put the mesh frame on the stretcher, and tighten the mesh frame according to the tension requirement and stretch mode.

3. Gluing:

  Use a soft bristle brush to evenly coat the adhesive on the joint surface of the screen and the mesh frame, and fully dry for 10-15 minutes under the ventilation condition. In order to speed up the air circulation, electric fan or exhaust fan should be installed in the stretching room, and attention should be paid to ventilation.

4. Other: 

  Mesh adhesive can also be used as edge sealant, in the process of use to prevent solvent erosion, reduce the bonding strength.

5. Dilution: 

  In the process of use, the screen mesh adhesive is easy to thicken due to solvent volatilization. It can be diluted with benzene or ethyl acetate.
