Reference usage:

1. Mesh washing: 

  Before gluing, the nickel mesh must be cleaned. Wash the mesh with a nickel mesh liquid. Immerse the mesh in the liquid for 10 minutes, then take it out and rinse it with clean water, and dry it in a drying carbinet at low temperature.

2. Emulsion preparation: 

  Using yellow diffuse light in the operating room, take 1kg photosensitive emulsion and 40-50ml rotary screen photosensitive, clockwise mixing evenly. Place in a low-temperature dark room for 1-2 hours to defoam. (High viscosity can be adjusted by adding proper amout of purified water)

3. Glue coating and drying:

  Put 300g photosensitive emulsion into the clean scraping ring sleeve, evenly coat the emulsion from top to bottom on the surface of nickel mesh, speed 10-300px / min. Then put the mesh in the constant temperature drying carbinet with the temperature of 35-40 ℃,and the drying time is 30-40 min.

4. Exposure:

  Fix the screen mesh coated with photosensitive film on the rotary screen photosensitive machine, and tightly attach the film surface of the manuscript to the circumference of the photosensitive film. The exposure time should be determined after trial. Reference exposure time: Reciprocating type for 5-8 times, covering type for 1-3 minutes.

5. Development: 

  The exposed mesh should be developed in time. Put the mesh into 5-30 ℃ water for 3-5 minutes. The surface of the unexposed mesh is cloudy off and has a clear pattern, put on the rotary screen rinsing machine and rinse until the outline of the pattern is clear. Check the clarity of the mesh, whether there is any missing or unclear pattern, and wash it in time. Put it into the constant temperature drying carbinet for drying.

6. Curing:

  After the revision of the mesh, curing treatment is carried out. The constant temperature drying oven temperature should be raised to 180 ℃, put the mesh into the oven and bake for 2 hours, so that the film surface is golden yellow,take out and cool down. Then connect with the endrings.

Packing and Storage: 

10kg/barrel, 20kg/carton. Non dangerous goods. Keep in a cool place at 5-30℃.
