Features:
Blue color Water-soluble Photosensitive Emulsion. Non-toxic and Non-pollution Suitable for the photosensitive screen platemaking over 50 mesh in printing and dyeing industry. Simple process, Convenient operation, High quality line def
Reference usage:
1. Wash the screen mesh:
Clean and dry the stretched screen mesh plate.
2. Emulsion preparation:
Take 5-6 g diazo photosensitizer, dissolve it in 50-80 g water, pour it into 1kg emulsion when it is fully dissolved, stir it evenly, and stand still for more than 2 hours for defoaming.
3. Drying:
Coat the photosensitive emulsion on one side of the screen plate with squeegee, put it in the drying room at 35-45 ℃ for 10-20 minutes, and then use the same method on the other side.
4. Exposure:
As the exposure time is affected by the illuminant, power, intensity and distance, please make a small test before normal use to determine a reasonable time.
Ref. Exposure Time | ||||
Illuminant | Power | Spacing | Distance | Time |
Ultraviolet | 40w | 125px | 250px | 45-90 seconds |
Normal fluorbs | 40w | 125px | 250px | 180-400 seconds |
5. Development:
Immerse the sensitive screen plate in water for 5 minutes until the pattern is fully developed, then slightly increase the water pressure to wash until the pattern is clear, and then dry or air dry.
6. Curing:
First dilute the concentrated curing agent with water in the ratio of 1:9, and then spread the diluted curing agent evenly on both sides of the screen with a soft brush or sponge. Bake at 40-50 ℃ for 1-2 hours.
