Reference Usage:

1. Mix the components A and B in the ratio of 1:1 for use.

2. After the second exposure, coating the mixture hardner on both sides of the screen with a sponge or soft cloth, placed for 1 minute, so that the hardner penetrate the screen plate .

3. Use a spray gun or a suction pump to blow off or suck up the excess hardner. Excess hardner residue in the screen pattern is easy to cause mesh clogging, affecting the printing effect.

4. Put the screen plate in the oven drying at 40-50 ℃ for more than 60 minutes, the reinforcement effect will be weakened due to insufficient drying.

5. Note:

(1)Nylon and stainless steel mesh are not recommended.

(2)This product is weakly acidic. Pay attention when using containers and machinery, and wear protective gloves and glasses. If it drops on the skin, wash it with plenty of water immediately.

(3)This product should be stored in a dark place, the bottle cap should be tightened immediately after use, and the mixture should be used up as soon as possible.

Packing and Storage:

5kg plastic barrel, 20kg / carton. Keep at room temperature and away from light for one year.
