Reference Usage:

1. Roughening: 

  Roughen the inner wall of the rotary screen mesh with fine sandpaper, increase the contact area of the bonding surface, and clean it with acetone or anhydrous alcohol.

2. Mixing:

  Mix the AB component according to the ratio of A:B = 1:0.8.

3. Gluing: 

  Evenly coat the adjusted binder on the joint surface of the rotary sceen mesh and the endrings with a squeegee and overlapped.

4. Curing:

  Put the bonded mesh in the oven at 120 ℃ for 1 hour.

Packing and Storage: 

1kg / barrel, 12kg / cartone. Keep it sealed at room temperature for one year.
