Reference Usage:

1. Screen drying: 

  Screen should be fully dried before coating blue- white oil. Excessive moisture will easily affect the coating quality and make the blue-white oil film brittle.

2. Coating: 

  Use a blue oil roller or squeegee to evenly coat the blue- white oil on the scraping surface of the screen, and then use a paint suction machine to remove the resin in the mesh on the printing surface, so as to make the screen clear, and then place it at room temperature for more than 12 hours, and then dry it on the other side with the same method.

3. Dilution:

  If coating with paint brush, the blue-white oil can be diluted with appropriate amount of cyclohexanone or butyl acetate before coating, so that the blue- white oil can be coated evenly.

4. Curing: 

  The curing temperature should not exceed 60 ℃. Generally 3-5 hours at 50 ℃ or more than 24 hours at room temperature. The curing speed of blue- white oil is greatly affected by temperature and humidity. The higher the temperature and humidity are, the faster curing speed is. In the screen curing process, the environment must be smooth ventilation to ensure that the solvent is completely volatile. Otherwise, the residual solvent is easy to cause poor water resistance of the coating, blistering or peeling phenomenon, affecting the use.

Packing and Storage: 

10kg / barrel, 20kg / carton. Inflammable goods, keep away from fire. Keep it sealed at room temperature for one year.
